If you enjoy coffee-only drinks, it works well. For larger (and milk-based) drinks, there are a few issues that made me return this machine:- Frother is difficult to insert. The rubber seals are tight, and you have to push it in forcefully at times. I had the feeling that the seals or the plastic connectors might break at some point.- Milk doesn't come out warm enough. Unfortunatelly, I tried for 2 weeks to adjust this by pre-warming the milk in the microwave and all the other tricks out there. It helps. But it's another step which can add to the preparation time.- If you like to use farily tall mugs, the mug has to be narrow (diameter < 3 inches), ...
