I am long-time Nespresso owner/user. Went to Nespresso boutique in Bloomingdale's South Coast Plaza to buy their stand alone milk steamer, and impulsively decided to forget the recession and splurge on an upgrade to this machine for Christmas. Coffee quality is great, but I knew that already. Bought this machine to simplify cappuccino/latte making. What a great idea -- a detachable, fully automated milk steamer. Just push the button, and it puts the right amount (machine lets you program your preferred ratio of milk/coffee) of steamed milk and coffee into your cup. Plus, it has a separate heater/pump.
