I had a Jura Capresso F9 for a year before it went bad - the company replaced it with a refurbished machine. I had upgraded to the Jura from a Saeco which was an absolute nightmare.Ultimately I enjoyed my Jura but hated that none of the parts were user-serviceable and I had to rely onthe cleaning tablets to ensure that the machine was 'clean'.After seeing the Delonghi in a William-Sonoma store demo I thought it was great - fully integrated single-touch operation and it was SOOOO much quieter than my Jura.
