This is a great indoor grill! Bought for my hubby who loves to grill but not in the snow. I decided to get this model with the broiler. We rarely use the broiler, but probably because we haven't researched what all we can do with a broiler. We rarely broil anything anyway. The grill does not smoke at all, and he can get his grill lines he wants too. This does cook fast, sort of like a george foreman fast.
